Reader email list
If you voluntarily join the August Devereux reader list, we store the email address you provide, the signup date, the page where you joined, and the version of the consent language you accepted. We use it only for occasional release news, free fiction, and reader notes. We do not sell or rent the list, and joining is never required to read the free story.
You can leave the list at any time on the unsubscribe page. We retain the minimum record needed to honor that request and avoid resubscribing the address without a new opt-in.
Audience measurement
Analytics is off by default, and the site does not show a tracking permission pop-up. Browsers that previously granted analytics permission may continue to send aggregated visits, page views, outbound Amazon clicks, and anonymous “I want more” signals to Google Analytics 4. We do not use this data for advertising personalisation.
Any previous analytics choice is stored only in that browser. You can reset it by clearing site data for SharingOlivia.com.
